## Symptom:
On my mac, I am able to edit data in the PDF, and click the "Send to FormPro" button; The success message says that data has been saved, but when I go to re-edit the data or save the form, the data that I entered is not there.
## Remedy:
Ensure that all Mac users are saving the PDF (_Command + S_ or _File > Save_) before pressing the "Send to FormPro" button. This ensures that the local copy of the PDF is saved before FormPro reads and saves the Customer data.
## Cause:
It is a known issue that both Acrobat Reader and the native Apple Preview apps for Mac OS both do not support JavaScript actions for security purposes. On the windows versions of the FormPro forms, JavaScript is executed to save the document automatically as part of the "Send to FormPro" button. The Mac OS versions of FormPro forms do not have this same auto-save.
