## Symptoms:
* Messages are stuck in the draft folder instead of pulling up for me to send.
* I receive a "switch to" or "server busy" message, like this:

* Nothing happens when I send mail from FormPro.
## Troubleshooting:
This issue is normally caused by utilizing a 32-bit default email client on windows. FormPro and FileMaker are both 64-bit applications. Older versions of Microsoft Outlook are likely running in legacy mode as 32-bit applications.

## Remedy:
